Millennium Partners and Argent Ventures Begin Trenching on Millennium Hollywood Site

We announced today that we’re initiating trenching work on the Millennium Hollywood project site to help City of Los Angeles and State of California officials better understand the exact location of the Hollywood Fault.   We’re undertaking the subsurface investigation at this time in response to requests from the City Department of Building and Safety to trench the site prior to the finalization of the State Geologist’s fault zone maps of Hollywood. Regen Projects Brings Art to Santa Monica Blvd

The prominent Regen Projects gallery space is turning a previously production-oriented stretch of Santa Monica Blvd, east of Highland, into a thriving space for art lovers.   The expansive space (about 20,000 square feet) gives artists lots of freedom and room, as seen here in current exhibition from LA-based artist Elliott Hundley.   An artist for our media-saturated, interconnected time, Hundley’s mixed-media paintings, collages, and bronze sculptures make ideal use of the space.
